Mayor Ron Gonzales is joined by Developer Ralph Butterfield;
Developer Teedy Cook; Pariac O'Donahoe from Kilarney Construction
and Councilmember Cindy Chavez at the 340 2nd Street Lofts
groundbreaking on Wednesday morning, September 10, 2003.

The group let the dirt fly as they actually dig in!!

Mayor Gonzales spoke to the group at the event.

who are building San Jose's future...Our successes to
create both market-rate and affordable housing in San Jose
are based on vision, leadership, partnership and commitment."
