The
Mayor said, "We know it can be done - great examples
include recycling or reducing smoking. We also know it takes time
and steady reinforcement...but the result is critical to quality of life
for the families in our neighborhoods, peaceful streets,
safe sidewalks...places we are all proud to call home."
