The Mayor said, "Moitozo Park really represents the creation of a new
community...a new neighborhood; a place people can call home and
where neighbors can become a community with the help of the recreation
andopen space opportunity offered by this park.  The Mayor congratulated
and thanked the Irvine Apartment Communities, the San Jose Parks,
Recreation and Neighborhood Services Department as well as 
Environmental Services who made sure that reclaimed 
water was used when irrigating the Moitozo Park.
