Mayor Gonzales is joined by Councilmember Williams on his left as well
as City officials and representatives of JSM at the groundbreaking 
of the Oak Tree Family Apartments on Wednesday afternoon,
October 8, 2003.   The project includes 175 family units with many low
 income opportunities.  The project has a mix of one, two and three
bedroom units for families.  Mayor Gonzales said, "We need to build
more quality and affordable homes for our families in both good times
and bad times...today with this project we have another opportunity
to meet this goal and celebrate our vision for affordable housing."
