Mayor Gonzales joined San Jose City Councilmembers and City Administrators for the Second Annual Getting Families Back to Work Study Session on Friday, August 27, 2004.  Panels of  business people, labor organizers and community members were invited to provide input on how to improve our economy.

The session began with an overview of the progress highlights of San Jose's Economic Development Strategy and was followed by feedback from three separate panels of invited participants. The study session ended with an open forum for all present to ask questions and give insight into new ideas that could assist in boosting our economy.
