Mayor Gonzales with the help of Rich DeFabio Executive VP of JSM,
 Councilmember Nora Campos and others cut the ribbon at the grand 
opening of Terraminna Square Family Apartments on Monday, 
October 27, 2003.  This new complex is located in San Jose's District 5 
and adds 157 units of affordable family size homes.  Mayor Gonzales
spoke at the event, "This has been a great month for affordable
housing in San Jose...these new communities like Terraminna
are creating strong neighborhoods for San Jose's future."
