Mayor Gonzales visited San Jose's Branham High School to present 
a commendation to Principal Iris Berke for the school's successful
lockdown efforts the week prior in relation to an incident that took
place in the area.  The Mayor spoke to over 1,400 students, faculty 
and staff saying, "Your response to a risky situation showed the clear
results of planning, preparation and practice to keep our students
and school communities safe - San Jose is proud of Branham High School."
