Mayor Gonzales presents the "Special Olympian of the Year" award
to Larry Harper at the San Jose Sports Hall of Fame dinner on
Wednesday evening, November 12, 2003, at the HP Pavilion.
The Mayor spoke at the event, "San Jose is proud of our amateur and
professional sports community and I am delighted to 
welcome you to this year's ceremony".
