Mayor Gonzales holds the "Flag of Honor" with Robin George-Ann Lynn
Acting Fire Chief Dale Foster and Acting Police Chief David Delgado.
Robin George-Ann Lynn presented two flags to the Mayor, the
"Flag of Honor" which contains the  names of all of the victims from 
the September 11, terrorist attacks and the "Flag of Heroes" which
contains the names of each of the Fire Fighters and Police Officers that
that lost their lives that day.  This set of flags is fashioned after
the originals that were made by a gentleman on the east coast who wanted
to keep the memories of loved ones alive with this tribute.
