Forrest Williams at the San Jose Bioscience and Innovation 
Center Lease Signing on Wednesday, December 3.  The event
was to recognize the beginning of construction of San Jose's 
bioscience incubator.  The Mayor said, "This is a great week...
we are signing our lease to have the first Bioscience Incubator
on the West Coast. The incubator will be the home for small 
companies and could be the catalyst to encourage a much larger
bioscience industry here in San Jose.  I want to thank Carl Berg for 
working hard to help make this happen...I look forward to signing
this lease and making 5941 Optical Court the official home of the
San Jose Bioscience Incubator and Innovation Center."
