Mayor Ron Gonzales is joined by Councilmember Chuck Reed, Francine Davis the Berryessa Union School District Board President and Andrew Liu, Morrill Middle School Student Body President on Friday, April 30, 2004 at the Berryessa Youth Center Groundbreaking!
