Mayor Gonzales and Councilmember Yeager are joined
by representatives from KB HOME at the KB HOME
Midtown Plaza Community Groundbreaking on May 8, 2003,
located on Auzerais Avenue in San Jose.  The new homes
will be condominium-style homes, up to 1,407 square feet.
There will be five separate floor plans from which to choose
ranging from 1-3 bedrooms with a total of 257 units.

Mayor Gonzales said, "San Jose's vision for housing

market-rate and affordable housing in San Jose are based
