Gonzales spoke at United Parcel Service San Jose
Headquarters on Thursday, May 19, 2003. The UPS
Foundation announced a $50,000 grant to the Hispanic
Scholarship Foundation. The Hispanic Scholarship Fund is
nation's leading organization supporting Hispanic
higher education. The $50,000 grant will be used for
college scholarships for 26 Latino students throughout
the nation, including five in the Bay Area.
