Mayor Ron Gonzales participated in Read Across America Day
at Seven Trees Elementary School on March 3, 2003.
The Mayor read Dr. Seuss' "The Cat in the Hat Comes Back"
to Mrs. Laura Farris' classroom of twenty third-graders.

The National Education Association's Read Across America
is an annual reading motivation and awareness program
that calls for every child in every community to celebrate
reading on or around Dr. Seuss's birthday which
is March 2 and this past one was his 99th!!
