Mayor Gonzales spoke at the Latina Style Business Series
on Friday, April 25, 2003.  The Latina Style Business Series
was launched in 1998 in partnership with the US Small Business
Administration.  At these forums Latina business owners learn
what they need to start their own business and to make
their existing business even more successful.

Many guests dined at the Hayes Mansion during this half-day
workshop.  The event featured experts in financing, communications,
corporate procurement, insurance, marketing, technology and more.
